The Offlaner of the team 
PSG Quest Abdimalik 'Malik' Saila, shared his thoughts on the patch 7.35 in Dota 2 and highlighted the strongest heroes and imbalanced items. He communicated this on his Telegram channel.
Solar Crest an incredibly broken item, I just don't understand what this item gives for such money. I hope they will rework the item soon.
Veil Of Discord looks great on Offlaners as it helps them farm and can be upgraded to Shiva's in the future (Underlord, Doom, Timbersaw, Sand King).
Leshrac with Discord and an upgraded AoE Bloodstone looking very strong.
Abaddon looks very strong (can be a carry/Offlaner) with the reworked Corrosion and potentially Manta, the 15th talent makes the hero incredibly powerful. Strong buffs to the 1st and 3rd spells.
Io — the teaser damage and the buff to Holy Locket make the hero look strong, and of course, Solar Crest.
Puck with the newly buffed Witch Blade (Parasma), it deals a lot of magical damage.
What personally didn't sit well with me is that 
Helm Of The Overlord becomes much worse, and it was only built on 2-3 heroes, but now it's better to choose other items.
Neutral item cooldown reduction was removed, 
Dazzle destroyed. Overall, I like the patch!
