Patch 7.35 Dota 2: New abilities and features of Tormentor

One of the important changes in patch 7.35 in Dota 2 was the rework of Tormentor. The principle of this neutral object has not changed, but it has acquired a new ability, and it has become easier to die from it, but harder to break it.

How Tormentor changed in patch 7.35

Tormentor now has a new ability - The Shining. It deals 6 damage every 0.2 seconds, distributing it evenly among all heroes within a 1200 radius. In addition, it can no longer have less than 0 armor.

The update clearly strengthened Tormentor, as on the first day after the patch was released at the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 tournament, two players of BetBoom Team died from it, clearly not expecting Tormentor to be so powerful now.
