Korb3n named the weakest Dota 2 hero, that should definitely not be picked

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, the manager of Team Spirit believes that Slark is currently the weakest hero in Dota 2 and one that should definitely not be picked.

He talked about this during a Twitch stream.

“Slark is a dead ****** that should just leave the lane 0–10, *****, let’s be honest. I asked Dota 2 legends about Slark and everyone said the same thing — the hero didn’t become stronger, the hero farms very poorly, in the current meta he is super vulnerable, weak on the lane. That’s it”

According to him, Slark is the worst choice for the carry role, because he loses to almost all other heroes. The manager explained that he has no farming potential and also cannot hold the lane so it’s better not to pick him.

“He has no farming potential. It’s very low. Weak on the lane. That’s it. Slark is a 24th pick hero, when you see a lot of melee heroes that you can cut down, and you see the lane. And then Slark works. In all other cases… Although some pro players do play Slark. Nande! Well, that’s like not tier-1 level. But he did play Slark in competitive matches, and quite actively”

Nevertheless he noted that on the pro scene there are still esports players who perform on Slark, although he emphasized that this is rather an exception to the rule, because playing him well right now is extremely difficult.
