A CS2 team refused to throw matches for money, but still lost anyway

The CS2 team Avanti was allegedly offered $10,000 to throw matches at the Parken Challenger Championship Season 2 tournament, but the players refused. In the end they still lost all of their matches.

Player BlocH published screenshots from a Discord conversation, where an unknown person offered his team to take part in a 322 scheme.

However, as seen in the messages, the player refused and said that his team would rather try their best and lose honestly than participate in such schemes. Despite this, the team eventually lost every match at the tournament.

Some people in the community believe the player did the right thing, while others think it could be a convenient excuse in case the situation raises suspicions. For now it is still unknown if any investigation is happening, or if the 322 scheme simply never took place.
