Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev said that he does not like
Team Falcons' approach to Dota 2, but the content creator acknowledges that each team can have its own working strategies.
The
Team Spirit streamer made this statement on Twitch.
“Obviously, there are different views and different styles of play in Dota. And they are all correct if they work. For example, I don't like how Team Falcons plays at all.”
According to Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev, the team uses a limited pool of meta heroes, which are very difficult for opponents to play against. Despite the effectiveness of this approach, the content creator believes that such strategies should not work in modern Dota 2.
"I mean, I don't like it when you shuffle 20 heroes during the meta, and no one can do anything about it. I understand that it's effective, and I understand that it works and everything is cool. But I think, in my vision, it shouldn't work. It just shouldn't work."
Earlier, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov commented on the appointment of
Team Spirit streamer Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev as coach of the
Yellow Submarine youth team.
