Mark “sikle” Lerman addressed the developers from Valve, stating that the bug, for the use of which the
NAVI Junior squad was deprived of a slot at the ESL One Raleigh 2025 tournament, is many months old.
The
Team Spirit analyst made the corresponding statement in Telegram.
“The bug - or rather, a variation of it - is many months old. Valve?”
NAVI Junior originally qualified for the ESL One Raleigh 2025 tournament by snagging the second slot on the lower grid of the regional qualification. However, today the organizers removed the team from the tournament after accusing one of the players of using a game bug multiple times to gain an advantage over an opponent. The team's slot was given to the
AVULUS squad, who finished third among the qualifiers.
Recall that there was a public conflict between the participants of the North American qualification for ESL One Raleigh 2025.
