Team Spirit Manager Explains Why Milan Is Not on the Team’s Roster for the EWC

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov stated that Milan “MiLaN” Kozomara is not listed as a Team Spirit participant in the Esports World Cup 2026 documents because there was no room left on the roster for the head coach.

The Team Spirit manager made this statement on Twitch.

“Because, just like at almost all tournaments, there are five players and one coach. And one or two paid slots for the manager and everyone else. So, one coach.

But again, just like at The International, you go there—there are eight paid slots, but only one coaching slot, because only one person can be on stage with the players. You can bring eight players, but officially, the roster will list five players. And Miposhka will be on stage.”

Acording to a statement by Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, the organizers of the Esports World Cup 2026 are allocating one coaching slot per team, and only one person is allowed to asist the roster on stage—a role that has fallen to Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, who prepared Team Spirit’s drafts for the tournament. Nevertheles, Milan “MiLaN” Kozomara will also be present to support the team at the EWC.
