Miposhka told about the conflict in Team Spirit

Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov said that when Vitaly “so bad” Oshmankevich was the captain of Team Spirit, he had a conflict with Airat “Silent” Gaziev, which the players could not settle between themselves. The result of the conflict was the departure of Vitaliy “so bad” Oshmankevich.

The captain of the current Team Spirit squad told the relevant story in an interview on the KD CAST YouTube channel.

“So bad was a captain in the team. I wasn't really sure of myself on the matter.

I thought, “Okay.” He would do the leadership tasks in the team and I would just be a performer, pass on my experience. We were doing very well, and then there was a conflict between Saw Bad and Airat.

They couldn't come to a common understanding, they were always fighting, there was no common opinion. So Bad leaves, Silent stays, a new foursome comes in, and someone has to take over the captain's duties.”

After the departure of Vitaly “so bad” Oshmankevich and the subsequent vacating of the captain position, Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naydenov felt he was ready to take on those duties, as the rest of the team lacked experience. The cybersportsman adds that after that, the lineup members started to believe in each other. According to Miposhka's statement, Team Spirit became the first team where he was able to successfully fulfill the duties of captain.

“'Let me probably take it. I have experience.” It worked out better for me in Spirit. Maybe I was influenced by all the stuff I'd been through before. And my teammates were “green”, not particularly strong and rotten.

We all believed in each other from the beginning. I didn't feel judged or unsupported. I felt listened to, believed in. Because of that, I was starting to believe in myself more too. I used to hear all the time that I wasn't good at it when I tried to captain other teams.

It didn't make me do better, it didn't make me believe in myself. In the end, I just got stressed out. In Spirit it worked out, the guys supported me.”.

Recall that earlier Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov named the favorites of The International 2024 tournament, not including Team Spirit, where he holds the position of Dota 2 roster manager.
