Korb3n named the top favorites at The International 2024, and it's not Team Spirit

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov singled out Team Falcons, Gaimin Gladiators and Xtreme Gaming as the top favorites for The International 2024 tournament. Team Liquid, Cloud9, BetBoom Team and Tundra Esports he gives much less chances to win, while G2 x iG, Nouns, 1win Team, Heroic, Aurora and Talon Esports are considered outsiders. At the same time, Korb3n believes that teams like Team Spirit, Beastcoast and Team Zero can fall into any of the above categories.

The Team Spirit manager shared his respective assessment of the TI13 participants in his personal Telegram channel.

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov also noted the not bad quality of the hotel and comfortable practice rooms, but also pointed out the lack of gifts for participants and the lack of activities. The Team Spirit manager also noted the high level of competition at the tournament, comparing the participants to passengers on a morning shuttle bus who compete for the few available seats.

“TI13 is a system tournament. Nothing extra: no player lounge, no gifts. The hotel is okay, great praxis.

There's no point in discussing who will be eliminated, but we can put teams in baskets. The competition is at the level of the morning shuttle bus, in which there are 2 free seats, and at the stop 2 students, 3 pensioners and 4 schoolchildren with briefcases.”.
