Team Liquid’s coach broke into tears after iNSaNiA’s departure, revealing new details

William “Blitz” Lee admitted that he cried for several hours after learning at The International 2025 that Aiden “iNSaNiA” Sarkoi was ending his career.

The Team Liquid coach posted this admission on his X (Twitter) page.

"If you saw me at the afterparty following TI14, you probably noticed that I cried for about four hours because of this news. I am glad that we were able to win this important tournament together, and I am immensely grateful to you for who you are and who you remain. Everything I do as a coach is thanks to you, my friend"

Blitz explained that iNSaNiA had decided to end his career a long time ago, but the club only announced it now. According to the coach, the support player announced his departure from the Dota 2 pro scene during the afterparty of The International 2025.

The Team Liquid coach admitted that he would miss the player and couldn't hold back his tears for several hours. He thanked iNSaNiA and noted that he was happy to end this journey together, winning TI14 and claiming the Dota 2 world championship title.

Blitz also added that Team Liquid is preparing a special surprise in honor of iNSaNiA's departure, but did not reveal any details yet.
