Team Liquid stated that Valve might release a new Dota 2 patch in the middle of BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024

Samuel "Boxi" Svahn, support for Team Liquid, stated that Valve might release an important Dota 2 patch in the middle of BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, allowing players to pick Ringmaster.

This statement was made during an interview with eScoreNews.

"Valve could release Ringmaster in CM with the next hero. You never know how it will actually go. Maybe even in the middle of BetBoom Dacha, a patch will come out, and we can take Ringmaster at the tournament. I've seen this happen before"

The player noted that he does not rule out the possibility of an update during the tournament, as developers have done this several times before. In his opinion, Valve may finally add Ringmaster to Captains Mode. Boxi admitted that he hasn't played the hero but believes it is very strong since it can save teammates from a distance, potentially determining the outcome of many team fights.

Recall that earlier Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk called the current Dota 2 meta "broken" for easy MMR gains.
