Alexey “Solo” Berezin unexpectedly left
Team Yandex, even though he was the one who assembled the club's roster.
This was announced in an official statement by the team on Telegram.
"Today is a difficult day for our team. Our captain Solo is leaving us. During his time with us, he became not just a teammate for Team Yandex, but a leader who guided the team forward. Thank you for your experience, for your hard work in training, and for every match you played. Thank you for supporting the team in difficult moments and helping us become better. We wish you luck in your future endeavors and know that new heights await you"
It is noteworthy that Solo was not just the captain of the team, but also its founder — he was the one who brought the team together under the Cyber Goose tag. The club noted that the esports player will return to streaming, but the name of the player who will take his place in the support position has not yet been revealed.

Solo himself has not yet commented on the situation, but he previously stated that he does not intend to leave the Dota 2 pro scene for at least a year. It is not yet known which team he will continue his career with.
Earlier, there were hints that Marcus “Ace” Hoelgaard might leave
Gaimin Gladiators after The International 2025.
