Solo commented on the conflict between Nix and Morf

Alexey “Solo” Berezin stated that he does not support either side in the conflict between blogger Morf and streamers Alexander ‘Nix’ Levin, Timur “Travoman” Khafizov, and Umn1k.

The player posted his comments on the situation on Telegram.

"Regarding Morf's latest video.

I’ve never been a fan of his work: the facts in his content were often far-fetched, and some didn’t correspond to reality at all. But watching what’s happening now, it’s hard not to notice one thing: when three different people are throwing strikes, the likelihood that this is being done without any coordination is, let’s be honest, slim.

I believe that taking down someone’s channel is a last resort, especially when it comes to their “bread and butter” and, most likely, their main source of income. We shouldn’t forget that Morf is first and foremost a journalist, and this kind of content makes up a significant part of his work. Yes, he goes too far in some places, overdoes it in others, and the information is heavily distorted in some cases, but the potential consequences for him seem far too harsh.

I have no desire to figure out who threw the first strike, who got angry at whom, and why the YouTube account is called “Alexander Levinsky.” I think both sides are “in the wrong” here. But the very fact that a person could lose his brainchild—and along with it, possibly his main source of income—seems far too harsh.

In this conflict, I don’t support either side, but I consider what’s happening to be clearly over the top.”

According to a statement by Alexey “Solo” Berezin, the streamers acted improperly in this situation by deciding to block the blogger’s channel, which is his main source of income. Nevertheless, the esports player also believes that Morf often distorts the facts in his investigations.

It is worth recalling that the conflict between the blogger and the trio of streamers began with the use of materials from Alexander “Nix” Levin, Timur “Travoman” Khafizov, and Umn1k in Morf’s investigation, in which the streamers spoke negatively about Alexey “Solo” Berezin.
