Aleksei “Solo” Berezin unexpectedly stated that he had contact with the Dota 2 developer IceFrog and spoke to him directly, after his 322 scandal.

He talked about this in the YouTube show “Hazyayeva na Kolesakh”.

According to him, he was extremely worried that one 322 scandal could completely ruin his career as a pro player. Solo noted that he had IceFrog’s Skype contact and immediately wrote to him, asking if he would be banned in Dota 2 because of this incident

It is unknown what exactly kind of conversation happened between them, Solo did not reveal the details, but in the end he did not receive a ban in Dota 2, and only got a one year ban from participating in StarLadder tournaments.

The player also once again reminded that not only he was involved in matchfixing, but the whole team knew about the scheme, however he took all the blame on himself.
