Signing Satanic could become a catastrophic failure for PARIVISION, - Maelstorm

Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov acknowledged that substituting Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov for Remco Crystallis Arets is likely to be a failure for PARIVISION, even though it may, on the surface, appear to be an improvement for the team.

The Dota 2 commentator speaks about this in an exclusive interview for Esports.ru.

He pointed out that while Satanic is stronger than Crystallis on paper and is expected to further strengthen PARIVISION, the transfer may have a counterbalancing effect. Maelstorm emphasized the fact that it’s simply not true, that a stronger player or a player who is in much higher form than most of the team is guaranteed to have a favorable impact on the results. So, he is convinced that it’s too early to make any conclusions about the possible success or the worsening of things after the roster change in PARIVISION.
