Martin “Saksa” Sazdov believes that
Team Yandex could have won the BLAST Slam VI Dota 2 tournament if the team had put in a little more effort.
The player made this statement on YouTube.
"I think we played averagely at this tournament. We played well, considering that we only had two days to train and we played with a stand-in. But I also think we could have performed much better. The last game against NAVI was not easy, but I think we could have played much better. We could have won the tournament if we had played at least 10% better."
According to Martin “Saksa” Sazdov, the esports player believes that his team showed an average level of preparation, as they could have played much better. The esports player also noted that his team lacked focus during the fourth and fifth maps of the match against NAVI, which prevented the team from reaching the final. The player added that
Team Yandex will try to learn from their defeat.
"We just lacked focus on the fourth and fifth maps, we messed up in a few moments. I think we could have at least made it to the final, if not won the tournament. But as it is, I don't want to make excuses, we lost. We will learn from this and prepare better for the next tournament."
