“I think it all comes down to the fact that all the guys on our team are very laid-back. We almost never argue—it’s even a little surprising. Maybe we should argue sometimes to strengthen our team chemistry, but to be honest, everything just falls into place naturally for us.”

The esports player believes that the members of Team Yandex sometimes even lack minor conflicts to strengthen team spirit.
