Martin “Saksa” Sazdov said that Team Yandex differs from Tundra Esports in that it is more cohesive and has a more aggressive approach to gameplay.

“At Team Yandex, we play more cohesively, stick together, and try to initiate as many fights as possible. At Tundra Esports, we paid more attention to timings, split a lot, and gave our core players time to farm. However, the current team plays much more actively. I think that's the main difference.”

According to Martin “Saksa” Sazdov, his previous team paid more attention to timing and focused on farming for core players, while Team Yandex tries to play more aggressively.
