SabeRLight explained that Valve has long announced that they are working on new content for Dota 2, but have not yet revealed the details. The eSportsman believes that the developers are keeping silent because they are preparing a big surprise - the likely release of Battle Pass 2025.

However, some fans suggest that the publication could have been sarcastic, and the player was just joking about the community's expectations regarding Valve's plans.

There were rumors earlier that Valve wanted to return to the practice of releasing Battle Passes, but there have been no official announcements yet.
