S1mple argued with a teammate right in the middle of an IEM Krakow match

Oleksandr “S1mple” Kostyliev and Christopher “Mutiris” Fernandes had a verbal clash in the middle of an IEM Krakow 2026 match after losing a round.

The situation was shown on the official ESL broadcast.

It all started when Mutiris was unhappy with his teammates after the lost round, to which S1mple immediately reacted.

“You don’t need to do anything. Just go behind your teammates”

In his opinion the player himself was not required to do much, just to support his team by following them, which he didn’t do. As a result BC.Game lost to 3DMAX, and the players finished the first map with the following stats, S1mple 5–13 and Mutiris 1–15.

Let us remind that earlier Valve released another CS2 update which changed some aspects of the game.
