Roman 'RAMZES666' Kushnaryov has talked about another bug at The International 2024. According to the cyber athlete's statement, on the decisive map of the match against
Gaimin Gladiators he had problems with the application of
Doom hero abilities.
The corresponding story pro-player told in a personal Twitch broadcast.
“Anyway, some bug happened. Vaughn, Scorched Earth does not do damage. I'm thinking, 'Am I crazy? Why aren't my spells working?” I mean, maybe it's not working on the raccoons, I guess. He's like, “I don't think so.”
So, look, I jump into Underlord, I press Hex, I press Doom, and, well, nothing happens. You know what I mean? It's just horrible. I'm in shock, I'm running in the fights, I'm hitting Refresher Orb. I've got Doom, even though I pressed it. I press Refresher Orb in a panic, I think, what the hell. Well, it's the 65th minute. I'm actually, well, in shock.”
Despite
Tundra Esports winning the first map of the lower grid finals, the
Gaimin Gladiators were able to win the match by taking the next two maps of the series, securing the team a spot in the grand finals of the tournament. According to
Tundra Esports coach David “MoonMeander” Tan,
Gaimin Gladiators showed a very weak level of play in this match, winning only due to better draft picks.
Earlier Roman 'RAMZES666' Kushnaryov shared his impressions of the Deadlock game.
