RAMZES666 talked about the main point of the new patch 7.38b for Dota 2

Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev remarked that patch 7.38b is basic and mentioned that it is now possible to farm creep camps.

The esports athlete made this post on his Telegram channel.

"Patch is basic.) At least you can farm camps now"

According to what has been stated by RAMZES666, this new patch does not seem to change Dota 2 too much, but at least farming creep camps is a possibility now. Most likely, he meant that several blocks to players rewarding them with spawned camps at various stages of the game so players could not block them and those camps were used in public games as well as professional games.

Some of RAMZES666's followers pointed out in the comments that 7.38b breaks the meta completely and gave some of the wittiest responses. Some of them started sharing pictures in which some characters had their armor changed by negative one or positive one.
