The player made this statement on Twitch.

“Nothing will change at all. As long as Valve doesn't care, nothing will change. There are a lot of players with high ratings that I find unpleasant. That's the point. In the top 500, there are 100 or 200 people that I don't even want to be in the same lobby with.”
