Klement “Puppey” Ivanov said that he first noticed Michal “Nisha” Jankowski's talent in Dota 2 when the esports player was playing for Team Kinguin as a mid laner.
The player talked about this on YouTube.
“It was at a tournament where I was playing against a team called Team Kinguin. It was a Polish lineup. Nisha was the mid laner there.”
According to Clement “Puppey” Ivanov, Michal “Nisha” Jankowski's team easily defeated
Team Secret, which made him think for the first time that he would like to see the player on his team, even though he was not very popular on the Dota 2 pro scene at the time. And when the question of replacements in
Team Secret became relevant, Puppey began to seriously consider Nisha as a candidate.
"He just crushed us. We thought, 'Damn, he's good. And I decided I wanted him on my team. To be honest, at that point, for some reason, no one knew how good he was. That thought came to us later, when we were thinking about lineup changes and stuff like that. We were puzzled, wondering who we should take."
Let us remind you that earlier, Michal “Nisha” Jankowski named the conditions under which he would consider ending his career on the Dota 2 pro scene.
