Philip “PHILadlephia” Paich said that Clement “Puppey” Ivanov has proven himself in the role of coach of the PARIVISION Dota 2 team.

"Everything is great. He's just a nice guy, both as a coach and as a person. The way he presents information is easy to understand and hard to argue with. He's open to other people's opinions. No, you know, it's not like ‘we don't discuss drafts’ or anything like that. He accepts your position, discusses it, and everyone comes to a comon understanding."

Acording to Philip “PHILadlephia” Paich, Clement “Puppey” Ivanov's approach to players is characterized by the effectiveness of his presentation of information, as well as his openness to the opinions of players. The PARIVISION manager noted that the new coach always listens to the players and takes their position into account, rather than simply trying to remove uncomfortable topics from the agenda.
