Panto Discusses Changes at Team Spirit with Milan

Nikita “Panto” Balaganin stated that Milan “MiLaN” Kozomara has practically taken on the role of drafter for Team Spirit, and the new coach is handling this task well.

The team captain made this statement on YouTube.

"We’ve already gotten to know MiLaN, and he’s gotten to know our team. We already understand what we need to work on and how to move forward. He has practically taken over the drafts entirely. He’s lightened the load for me and, to some extent, the rest of the team. Excluding the last map, our drafts were either on par with or better than our opponents’.”

According to Nikita “Panto” Balaganin, in most matches with the new coach, Team Spirit’s drafts were either on par with or better than their opponents’. The team captain noted that the players and the coach share a common understanding of the direction in which to develop the team further, and the transfer of drafting responsibilities to him has lightened the load on the Team Spirit captain and, to some extent, the other players.
