Milan “MiLaN” Kozomara said that his transfer to the position of coach of
Team Spirit's Dota 2 roster began with a conversation with team manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov.
The new
Team Spirit coach spoke about this in an interview with OffStage.
“The process was simple: Korb3n wrote to me, asked what I was doing now and what my plans were. We talked a little, and then met in person, where we decided to start a trial period.”
According to Milan “MiLaN” Kozomara, his trial period as
Team Spirit coach began after a personal meeting with Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov. The esports player also noted that negotiations with the team manager went quite smoothly, as he had long wanted to be part of a real Tier 1 team, which is why he was ready to start working at any moment.
"The negotiations went quite smoothly because this is essentially a dream job for a coach, especially for me, since I have never been part of a real Tier 1 team. I came closest to this with Mudgolems, just before it became Tundra. So I was very happy to have this opportunity. Korb3n asked if I could start tomorrow, and I said I could start today."
Earlier, Milan “MiLaN” Kozomara named the most valuable player of
Team Spirit's Dota 2 roster.
