Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov expressed dissatisfaction with the changes to ESL's community cast rules and stated that he intends to challenge the changes.
The corresponding statement was published by the well-known caster and content creator on his personal Telegram channel.
"And overall, just following logic, ESL has no right whatsoever to force a streamer to put delays - it's not within their competence and cannot be in it. But logic barely works here; they wanted - they wrote, indicated the possibility of issuing a strike if something happens, and they sit contentedly.
We'll try to contact Valve and ask for intervention, I don't know if it will have an effect, but as long as the rules are as they are, streaming DreamLeague doesn't seem possible."
The updated ESL rules require streamers to strictly adhere to a number of requirements. In addition to restrictions on the title and presentation of the broadcast, streams are now also required to add an additional five-minute delay to the broadcast, significantly complicating the streaming of the championship.

Recall that Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov also stated the impossibility of broadcasting DreamLeague Season 22 due to the announced innovations.
