Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov said that he encountered the problem of long match searches in Dota 2 due to his high MMR.
The streamer said this on Twitch.
"Why do games take so long to find? Damn, your Dota is so bad, it's impossible to play. I've been searching for five minutes, is no one playing or what? It will be interesting to see how much rating they give for calibration. Although what difference does it make? Maybe it's time to take accounts around 4k MMR and just have fun with viewers who can snipe. Like everyone else does."
Acording to Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov, a high rating in Dota 2 does not give the player any advantages, since after reaching the 8,500 MMR mark, restrictions appear, the search for matches can take a long time, and the decency of the players leaves much to be desired, which makes it imposible to enjoy playing in matchmaking.
"A high rating doesn't lead to anything good: you can't play in a party, it takes forever to find games, there's no fun, there are some jerks, and there are pinchers every other time. You can't play with a bunch of people, you can't play with anyone at all. After 8.5k MMR, you can't even play in a party, it's horrible. There's no happiness at all. After 8.5k MMR, you basically can't enjoy Dota because Gaben made it a team game for five people to play, but you can't play together. It's a complete nightmare."
Earlier, Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov talked about the possibility of making good money on CS2 skins in the near future.
