NS commented on the streaming rules of the Elite League

Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov is pleased with the leniency of the rules for the Elite League community cast, however, he adds that DotaTV also allows streaming the championship without additional delay, unlike the DreamLeague Season 22 championship, where streamers had to add extra delay to the official broadcast.

Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov hardly streamed the DreamLeague Season 22 tournament, except for key playoff matches. The streamer was extremely dissatisfied with the changes in the community cast rules, according to which streamers were required to add additional delay to the official broadcast.
