Alexander “Nix” Levin positively evaluated Deadlock, the new MOBA-shooter game from Valve, and said that it would be nice to hold a major tournament on the new cybersport discipline.
The streamer shared the relevant opinion with the viewers of the personal Twitch broadcast.
“I like the game a lot so far. If I were Valve, I would still announce some Int - and in general it will be cool. We'll see though, it's complex. A lot of people say that the game will die because it's too complicated, and now it's the era of fools - you need to make a mobile.”
The streamer also stated that he hasn't had such a strong desire to play the game again in a long time. He believes that the game has a lot of interesting mechanics and development opportunities, but at first Alexander “Nix” Levin is having some difficulty mastering Deadlock's game mechanics, as the content maker needs to understand more about the available heroes and items.
“I'm really enjoying it, it's been a long time since I've had that urge when I go into a game and want to next reg. There's a huge amount of mechanics here that are interesting, you can progress in many aspects, a lot of cool things you can do. Very cool game, but it's still very hard, I played 9 games, it's hard because you need to learn all the items, all the heroes and then start doing something.”
Earlier, caster Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov suggested that Valve will announce the first major Deadlock tournament during The International 2024.
