Alexander “Nix” Levin has stated that he has no plans to return to Dota 2 for the time being, pointing out the lack of significant changes to the game's meta.
The content maker made the corresponding statement on Twitch.
“I don't plan on it yet. Did you know that nothing has changed in Dota for more than a year? I mean, just like
Pipe Of Insight was pushed, it's still being pushed. Some new chest comes out and that's it.”
The content maker also noted a significant decline in the quality of in-game events, recalling Aghanim's Labyrinth, which Alexander “Nix” Levin considers to be the best gaming event in Dota 2 history, because, in addition to exciting gameplay, it also offered players the opportunity to play with friends.
“They didn't even deign to make an event. If they had deigned to make an event - remember the last one, where you reach the boss? Anyway, generally awesome event, where you can go with friends. I'd be so excited to play it, I'd love to play it at all. It was an awesome event - I think it was the best event ever. The labyrinth, yeah. It was awesome. I think it's much cooler and more thoughtful than Diretide. Because Diretide was just a dumb Roshan thing. And there everything was much cooler, more interesting and thought out.”
Recall that earlier Alexander “Nix” Levin told us why he refused to participate in the tournament BetBoom Streamers Battle CS2.
