Alexander “Nix” Levin has announced that he has withdrawn from the upcoming BetBoom Streamers Battle CS2 tournament because he hasn't had access to a computer for a few weeks, and he doesn't want to put people who were seriously preparing for the event in jeopardy.
The content maker made a statement to this effect on Twitch.
“I wanted to actually, but it just so happened that I didn't go near a comp for a few weeks, I had no desire to play. So I thought, what's the point of setting up chelove? Everyone is playing to win, millions of rubles are played, people are trying and so on, and I didn't even go into the game. So I decided to give up.”
The content-maker also noted that he didn't like the teams' attempts to bypass the tournament regulations set by the organizers, according to which each team must have one girl, one pro-player and one streamer to maintain the balance. Alexander “Nix” Levin is not satisfied with the fact that the participants of the event go to the point of deception in order to gather more professionals in the team.
“Yes and you know, there was such a moment that at first one regulation discounted that there will be one girl in the team, a media player, one pronik, one streamer, some such balance. And then everyone started to skirt the rules, and at some point I saw that there were five streamers in each team, and I was like, “That's terrible.” That's how much every streamer tournament some nonsense starts to happen. Every person tries to gather the strongest lineup, to lie, that's just the base.”.
Summarizing the results, Alexander “Nix” Levin said that there should be a clear regulation of the tournament, which will be observed by all participants. The content-maker sees the reason for this situation in the desire of the organizers to attract media personalities to the tournament, because of which they turn a blind eye to abuses.
Recall that earlier Alexander “Nix” Levin announced his intention to actively work on raising the ranking due to competition in one of the pro-players in CS2.
