Yegor “Nightfall” Grigorenko stated that he does not plan to change his role on the team, as the carry position suits him best.
The player made this statement on YouTube.
"No, I just came to the conclusion for myself that... Well, it was, I would say, more of an unsuccessful experience—not so much in terms of personal growth, but specifically in terms of results and, frankly, even my gameplay. Over this entire period, I’ve come to the conclusion that you shouldn’t stray, so to speak, from your identity and should do what you do best. And I think, in that regard, both as a player and as a person, the carry role suits my playstyle best. To score goals, so to speak."
According to a statement by Yegor “Nightfall” Grigorenko, the esports player considers the attempt to switch roles on the team a negative experience. The player believes that changing roles will not only worsen his performance but also slow down his development, which is why Nightfall wants to remain in the position where he feels confident.
As a reminder, Yegor “Nightfall” Grigorenko previously explained why he decided to join the
Aurora Dota 2 roster.
