The Dota 2 roster of
Neon Esports has been disbanded, while the organization itself is being shut down. The official statement did not highlight the reasons for such a decision.
The organization’s CEO, Robert ‘SonicJaxx’ Campbell was the one who made this announcement in an X page that belongs to the club.
"Fans of Neon, It is with great sadness | share with you that
Neon Esports has played its final game of Dota 2 and will cease to exist as an organisation, effective immediately.
I'd like to personally thank everyone who has been part of
Neon Esports for the last 8 seasons. Your support has been invaluable.
A special thank you to our general manager Mr Karl Tallungan, who has been integral to our existence and success. Goodbye!"

This year,
Neon Esports could not go through qualifiers for any major Dota 2 tournaments and their best performance was only a 5th - 8th place at Games of the Future 2024. Maybe, it can be attributed to recent performance on professional scene.
Neon Esports latest roster
Christian 'Cije-' Jonathan;
Argle Ken 'Ken' K. Liesis;
Julius 'JG' Galleon;
Trön 'bombi' Han Han Min-kui;
Travis 'Castaway' John Waters;
John 'Teehee' Linuel Abanto (coach).
Recall that a month before the disbandment announcement, team replaced carry Lee 'CDR' Jia He.
