Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov said that Alexander “Torontotokyo” Hertek was the most confrontational player in the previous
Team Spirit lineup, with whom it was quite difficult to resolve situations peacefully.
The player talked about this on YouTube.
“If there were any serious disputes between people, it was often with Torontotokyo. At times, it was difficult to find common ground and peacefully resolve conflicts inside and outside the game. Our results weren't very good that year. We also started to argue a lot. At that moment, we realized that things couldn't go on like this.”
According to Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov, although he does not consider Alexander “Torontotokyo” Hertek to be primarily responsible for the team's problems, the esports player acknowledges that it was his teammate's confrontational behavior that was the main reason for the decision to exclude him, as the team needed change at that moment.
"I wouldn't say it was all his fault. When someone argues, both parties are to blame. He could have behaved differently. We made the decision to kick Torontotokyo to give our team a breath of fresh air. I think that's normal. These things happen, it's sport. People don't always leave teams because they're at fault. People leave to give the team a new lease on life."
It's noteworthy that both players are now part of
Aurora.
As a reminder, Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov also shared how he spent his prize money from The International 2021.
