Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov,
Team Spirit captain, couldn't contain his emotions due to Valve's indifferent attitude towards Dota 2. He also emphasized that he doesn't trust the developers.
The esports athlete made such a statement during a Twitch broadcast.
"Most of the actions I see towards Dota just don't make sense. I'm just curious who is in charge of this. They are not interested enough in developing their product"
The Dota 2 world champion also doesn't understand why professional players are not allowed to have smurf accounts. He highlighted that sometimes players have to wait for about an hour in matchmaking until suitable opponents are found based on their internal rating. Such long waiting times only lead to disappointment and negative emotions, so he finds Valve's decision strange.
"Should we trust a single word from Valve? I also doubt it. I'm done, I usually don't give a ****. Just take everything for granted"
Miposhka also commented on rumors that The International 2024 will take place much earlier, starting in August. According to him, Valve had talked about plans to move TI12 to the summer this year, but it never happened, so he doesn't trust the promises of the Dota 2 developers.
