Miposhka spoke about an alarming trend after Team Spirit's victory

Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov noted that Team Spirit often loses the first playoff match after a successful group stage, but the player hopes that at the Riyadh Masters 2025, the team will be able to reverse this trend.

The Team Spirit captain spoke about this on YouTube.

“In almost every tournament, we finish the group stage 3-0, skip a couple of game days, and then immediately lose the first match in the playoffs. We are looking for ways to fix this.”

According to Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, the team will try to surprise their opponents with new strategies in the Riyadh Masters 2025 playoffs. Moreover, the situation is exacerbated by the format of the tournament, where teams leave the championship after their first defeat in the final stage.

“I hope we try something new this time. Plus, the playoffs will be in a single-elimination format, which is also important. I hope that in this tournament we will correct all the mistakes we made before, and everything will be fine.”

Team Spirit was the first to advance to the Riyadh Masters 2025 playoffs with first place in Group A.
