MieRo commented on patch 7.39c for Dota 2, naming the only important change

Matvey “MieRo`” Vasyunin believes that patch 7.39c does not bring any serious changes to the Dota 2 meta, and the only significant innovation, according to the esports player, is the weakening of Death Prophet.

The player made this statement on Twitch.

"I think all of us read the patch before going to bed. There are no major changes. Only Death Prophet with Aghanims Scepter has been weakened. That's all, other heroes have +1/-1 to armor."

In patch 7.39c, the developers made a number of minor changes to the map landscape, reworked some items, and rebalanced the characteristics of many heroes. However, many players noted that these changes were insignificant and that the meta remained virtually unchanged after the patch was released.

Earlier, Oleg “Stray228” Bocharov stated that Valve would have been better off postponing the release of the new update and refining it into a more substantial patch.
