Oleg “Stray228” Bocharov called patch 7.39c for Dota 2 terrible, stating that Valve would be better off postponing the release and issuing a global update, as the current changes do not have a significant impact on the game's meta.
The streamer spoke about this on Twitch.
"This patch from GabeN is terrible. It would be better not to release anything at all. It would be better to do nothing, wait a couple more weeks, and release a global patch than to make +10/-10."
Nevertheless, Oleg “Stray228” Bocharov did note the only positive change in patch 7.39c. According to the streamer, the developers correctly reduced the slow radius from
Wraith King's ultimate ability.
"What I agree with is that they reduced the slow radius from
Wraith King's ultimate. This is correct because it felt like your entire monitor was slowing down when he died. It was as if a hypothetical person in the upper right corner of the fight was slowed down."
Recall that earlier, Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin shared his impressions of the new patch 7.39c, expressing dissatisfaction.
