The manager of Team Spirit commented on the scandal with MinD_ContRoL in Tundra Esports

Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager of Team Spirit, stated that it is currently unknown who is to blame in the scandalous situation with Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov leaving Tundra Esports. However, he hinted that verbal agreements might have been violated.

Korb3n shared his opinion during a Twitch stream.

"Let's imagine that I promised Xakoda, and then someone like Miposhka or an experienced guy with potential, like RAMZES, becomes available. And he's like, ****, I want to play for Submatine. And I'm like, Oh, RAMZES, my brother. And that's it, RAMZES comes and takes over, while Miposhka, to whom I promised everything, well, it's like ****. So, not everything is so clear here – only those who are in the team know"

The Team Spirit manager emphasized that the public doesn't know all the details of the situation, so it's premature to say who is at fault.

However, Korb3n then hinted that a lot in esports relies on verbal agreements, which might have been breached in this situation.

"Until someone spills all the beans: not that I don't want to play with this and that, but what was promised in the conversation and so on, nothing is clear. And who is to blame is also unclear. In reality, a lot in esports relies on words because all contracts in esports are absolutely mystical. That is, if there are no verbal agreements, almost no one will sign such contracts"

Although MinD_ContRoL has shared his version of events, Tundra Esports has not provided details of their perspective on the situation, stating only that the esports player issued them an ultimatum, leading to the corresponding situation.
