Maelstorm stated that Team Spirit is planning to kick Panto

Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov stated that Nikita “Panto” Balaganin is only a temporary option for Team Spirit, and the team is planning to replace him.

The Dota 2 commentator shared this prediction in his Telegram channel

“I didn’t understand at first, and now when I did. Well I’ll say this — I just wrote what I thought in the first second. Yes, in my head 🇧🇾panto is still a temporary option. Why? Because they already did the same thing last year, even though back then they said the guys were stand-ins until New Year. Nevertheless, that’s exactly how I see the new captain of Spirit. A bit rough, but honest”

Maelstorm noted that the same situation as last year will repeat with Panto, when Team Spirit changed their roster after New Year. According to him, Panto is only a temporary replacement for Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naydenov and is not yet showing the expected results.

“Yes, I see that he’s trying really hard, I see the warm feedback from his teammates and I understand that if they show a good result he might stay, but so far the result is not the one they need (my opinnion)”

The commentator emphasized that the new captain is indeed trying hard, and his teammates praise him, and there is even a chance that he will stay if the club gets the expected results. Still, Maelstorm clarified that the team is not yet showing the success that fans and the organization want to see.

It’s worth remmembering that earlier Panto revealed the real reason behind Team Spirit’s elimination from the tournament.
