Jesse "Jerax" Vainikka, the Dota 2 legend, will participate in the Worlds Greatest Gamer 2024 tournament, where he will compete across 16 different disciplines, including Deadlock, League of Legends, Valorant, and other popular games.
This was announced by well-known streamer Ludwig Ahgren, who is organizing the tournament on YouTube.
The two-time world champion has competed in this event before, taking third place last year, when a prize pool of $100,000 was up for grabs. This year, the list of games includes Deadlock, which has stirred excitement among Dota 2 fans.
The tournament will span two days, beginning on November 2, with two teams - Heroes and Villains - battling it out for the title.
As a reminder, Miroslav "Mira" Kolpakov recently stated that he might not return to the Dota 2 pro scene.
