Korb3n revealed what to expect inside the Battle Pass 2025

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, Team Spirit manager, revealed that Valve are unlikely to plan to radically change Battle Pass 2025 - it will likely be similar to Compendium 2024.

This statement was made during a broadcast on Twitch:

“There will be a BP? Yeah, there's going to be a BP. I think there will be a Battle Pass like last years - based on content from the teams. I really doubt Valve is sitting there quietly doing anything to bring back [the classic format]. And why would they bring back classic Battle Pass with all the gear and progression? I don't get it. I think it's going to be exactly the same Battle Pass. Even here - from the end of the quals on Int, when all the teams are selected, there should be requests from Valve for bandles”

Korb3n emphasized that it doesn't make sense for Valve to go back to the old Battle Pass format. Therefore, he expects a Compendium analog with content from teams. According to him, the release will not happen soon either - the content will start to arrive after the completion of qualifications for The International 2025.

Given the manager's words, we can assume that Valve is unlikely to release Battle Pass 2025 before July. Nevertheless, the developers have neither officially confirmed nor denied the possibility of its release this year.
