Korb3n openly assessed the reshuffle in Team Spirit, admitting it weakened the team

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov acknowledged that the departure of Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov is currently a weakening of Team Spirit, but this is temporary until the team gets used to the new drafter and captain.

The team manager wrote about this on his Telegram channel:

"We lost our captain and drafter. On paper, our reshuffle is also a weakening because now everything is a little different: new ideas and heroes. It takes time to get used to it, to distribute the hierarchy in the system, etc. On the plus side, Nikita fits the team well in terms of temperament; he is fresh and full of energy. This is something that Spirit sometimes lacked last season"

Korb3n noted that, in theory, Team Spirit has been weakened by the reshuffle, as they are now without a captain and drafter. He emphasized that the players need time to get used to the changes, new heroes, and vision for the game.

He also noted that Nikita “Panto” Balaganin fits the roster and has brought qualities to the team that were lacking in the previous Dota 2 season.
