Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the manager of
Team Spirit, denied the information that Denis "Larl" Sigitov was supposedly going to be replaced by Artem "Avice" Temnov.
He talked about this while answering a direct question about roster changes during a stream on Twitch
“In Team Spirit Academy… No, there's Arsenty. In Submarine — no, Maratishe is there. Well, somewhere Avice will definitely play mid. For sure Artyom Avice will be mid. After the New Year he will be playing mid somewhere”
Korb3n was directly asked whether
Team Spirit actually plan to take Avice as their new midlaner after his success at BetBoom Streamers Battle 12. However the manager first suggested that the player might join
Team Spirit Academy or
Yellow Submarine, but then remembered that they already have good midlaners and no changes are planned.
Although Korb3n denied that Avice will become the new mid for TS instead of Larl, and also that he will join even their youth roster he said that the player will still find a team for himself. It is not excluded that other teams on the Dota 2 pro scene may already be considering him as a potential midlaner.
It’s also worth reminding that Korb3n explained how much MMR you need to get into the
Team Spirit youth roster.
