Gaimin Gladiators might sign a new Dota 2 roster, supposedly there is already a team from South America that is ready to play for the club, despite the scandal around TI14.
This insider info was shared by Sol “Solicorn” Iris, a GG streamer, during her stream on Kick.
“I have some news for you. Looks like there is a team from South America that is ready to join Gaimin Gladiators”
Solicorn didn’t clarify which exact roster is ready to play under the
Gaimin Gladiators tag, but it’s possible the club will return to the Dota 2 pro-scene. Many in the community were surprised by such news, because due to the scandal with sending players to The International 2025 and the legal proceedings after the world championship, many believed the club wouldn’t return to the discipline anytime soon.
However, the club’s management hasn’t made any official statements or announcements about the new GG roster yet.
Let us remind, that earlier Mike “MiCKe” Wu talked about his plans after leaving
Team Liquid.
