Gaimin Gladiators captain comments on defeat to Team Spirit

Melchior Seleri Hillenkamp said that the defeat on the second map in the match against Team Spirit at the Riyadh Masters 2024 does not change the situation, as the cyber athlete is confident in the current form of his team.

The Gaimin Gladiators captain shared his respective opinion in a post-match interview on Alexander Nix Levin's Twitch channel.

"I'm confident in our team. The fact that we lost the Team Spirit map doesn't change anything. We have matches like that, it's not a problem, we just need to keep playing. There are things we want to do better, but we're in a really good mood and we know what we're aiming for."

The cyber athlete also stated that the Gaimin Gladiators squad was able to recover from the series of defeats, as well as regain the right mental attitude to win, which according to the team captain, the final result largely depends on.

Due to the defeat of Gaimin Gladiators on the second map, the match between the teams ended in a draw. On the first map, Melchior Seleri Hillenkamp's squad defeated their opponents with a resounding score of 2 : 22.
