They argue that this is why the game is not gaining new players the excitement about the game is not there anymore.

It is pointed out that the current flag bearers of Dota 2 are Yatoro and Magomed Collapse Khalilov who have extraordinary talent and appeal. However, other players are said to be playing well but falling short of that level for them breaking to superstardom.
