Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, the captain of FURIA Esports said that he was not satisfied with the team’s performance in the IEM Krakow 2026 final. According to him they were far from their prime form, so their chances of winning were almost nonexistent.
This statement was made during a post match interview on Twitch.
“It sucks. We played against an amazing team. Team Vitality played very well. They had a lot of confidence. They tried to push us out of our comfort zone, applying pressure. Sometimes it worked, sometimes we punished them for it. I’m not happy with how we played in the final. If you don’t show your best, you have no chance against teams like this. Today we were far from that”
The esports player noted that his team did punish Team Vitality for mistakes, but that was not enough to win. According to him the players did not perform at their maximum level, which allowed their opponents to claim the championship title.
Nevertheless FalleN announced that FURIA Esports will work on improving their game and will try to challenge ZywOo’s team every time, as they currently consider them the best team on the CS2 pro scene.
